1967-68 FLEMING Decimal Currency Commemorative Specimen Banknote Set (12), two each of $100 to $1, 1967, in Reserve Bank of New Zealand hard cover bound presentation folder presented to Sir Alan Low, Deputy Governor & Governor 1967 to 1977, signed by Gilbert Wilson, Governor at the time of the Decimal changeover, also signed by Reserve Bank Board members & Decimal Currency Design Committee members (16 signatures). All notes are Reserve Bank 1967 New Zealand decimal specimen banknote specimens, first prefix, same number 000000 serials, from specimen sets numbered 9 & 10 at lower right, punch cancelled through the signature, with SPECIMEN printed diagonally in large capitals in red, except for the $100 printed in black, & lightly attached. Rare & important example. UNC
