Antarctica 1922 x 4 pencil written pages from unrecorded 1924 expedition to South Shetland/Graham Land. Records whaling " boats sometimes had to tow a whale 80 or even 100 miles", working conditions & 30ft long icicles formed from frozen steam from ship. Refers to Discovery Bay which according to US records was not so named until 1935 - showing area better surveyed than later recognised.
