Shipping – General Stamp Auctions

 

Our shipping costs are dependent on the weight, value, and destination of the shipped item/s.

All dispatches valued over NZD $1,000 (regardless of destination) must be fully tracked and require a signature on delivery for insurance purposes.

Postage stamps are used wherever possible.  Due to NZ Postes, this is not guaranteed.

 

New Zealand Buyers

NZ based customers for our monthly stamp auctions enjoy a fixed shipping cost of $5 per dispatch.  Where possible, lower-value (under NZD $999.99) dispatches are sent by standard domestic post.  Shipments can be upgraded to a fully tracked service upon request for an additional fee.

Lower-value dispatches (under NZD $999.99):

  • small size dispatches (up to 200g) are shipped by standard post without tracking.
  • larger size dispatches (over 200g) sent via economy parcel service.

Higher-value dispatches (NZD $1,000 and above) are shipped by a fully tracked courier service with signature required on delivery.

All dispatches can be upgraded to a fully tracked service upon request, for an additional fee.

 

International Buyers

Lower value dispatches (under NZD $999.99)

  • small size dispatches (up to 200g) are shipped by standard international airmail without tracking.
  • larger size dispatches (over 200g) are shipped as an airmail parcel, partially tracked to the country of destination.  It is not tracked door-to-door.

Higher-value dispatches (NZD $1,000 and above) are shipped by a fully tracked service with signature required on delivery.

All dispatches can be upgraded to a fully tracked service upon request, for an additional fee.
