Shipping - Public and Online-only Auctions
Our shipping costs are dependent on the weight, value, and destination of the shipped item/s.
All dispatches valued over NZD $1,000 (regardless of destination) must be fully tracked and require a signature on delivery for insurance purposes.
Postage stamps are used wherever possible. Due to NZ Postes, this is not guaranteed.
New Zealand Buyers
Lower-value dispatches (under NZD $999.99):
- small size dispatches (up to 200g) are shipped by standard post without tracking.
- larger size dispatches (over 200g) sent via economy parcel service.
Higher-value dispatches (NZD $1,000 and above) are shipped by a fully tracked courier service with signature required on delivery.
All dispatches can be upgraded to a fully tracked service upon request, for an additional fee.
International Buyers
Lower value dispatches (under NZD $999.99)
- small size dispatches (up to 200g) are shipped by standard international airmail without tracking.
- larger size dispatches (over 200g) are shipped as an airmail parcel, partially tracked to the country of destination. It is not tracked door-to-door.
Higher-value dispatches (NZD $1,000 and above) are shipped by a fully tracked service with signature required on delivery.
All dispatches can be upgraded to a fully tracked service upon request, for an additional fee.

All lots leave Mowbrays fully insured against loss and damage.
