1892 ½d Newspaper Wrapper (boxed rubric in 5 lines) illicit use to President Cleveland, Washington, USA ex 28 May 1895 Dunedin. Endorsed PRINTED MATTER ONLY with diagonal blue line through indicium. Despite notice advising for use only within NZ the wrapper seems to have escaped being taxed postage due, perhaps owing to the addressee. Most unusual.
