Welcome to our 45th sale. This bi-annual auction comprises 870 lots with estimates over $1.1M. We are privileged to feature several significant collections, including the balance of Patrick Brownsey's estate, the extensive world wide collections of Nicholas Cosh, extensive thematics ex Derek Lamb, good Rhodesia ex Julian Lang, Pacific ex Don Mee and outstanding NZ 1935 Pictorials ex Keith Moir.
The auction also features material from over 100 other vendors.

• Over 300 World collections including 40 NZ.
• Over 100 Full Face Queen lots including a unique 1d London Print vertical pair, plus a single; an unlisted unused 4d yellow accidental imperf; plus a remarkable 2d vermilion plate 2 mint/MUH block of 14 from the damaged portion of the plate. In all over 2,500 FFQs!

• Superb NZ 1935 Pictorials selection, incl a very scarce 2/- Captain Cook Die Proof.
• 1d Claret Christchurch Exhibition mint.
• The unique NZ 1946 3d Peace Airforce missing blue colour.

For those seeking quality and value, we have assembled a wide range of lots, providing the opportunity to either enhance an existing collection or start a significant collection. One particular vendor has insisted on low estimates to ensure attraction. Look through the catalogue carefully to spot these!

Viewing in Wellington is available on Friday 20th September, and Saturday morning prior to the auction; or until Wednesday 18th September at our premises in Otaki. We are only 50 minutes from Wellington Airport and ten minutes from Waikanae commuter railway station. We can pick you up from either (by appointment only).

INSPECTION OF LOTS
At the premises of Mowbray Collectables, Main Highway, Otaki, by appointment until Wednesday 18th September, during normal office hours;
at the West Plaza Hotel, Wellington: Friday 20th September - 9am till 5.30pm, and Saturday 21st Septemver prior to the Auction - from 9am.
BIDDING
Bids can be placed live during the auction via our live bidding platform.
Otherwise by mail, phone, fax or email - such bids should be received in our office no later than 8am NZ time (GMT + 12 hours) Saturday 21st September (at your risk if not received in time).
Due to mail delays, please send bids by email, phone, fax or via the website.
Phone bidding may be made during the auction by prior arrangement only. Total $1,000 minimum in bids applies.
BUYERS PREMIUM
Buyers Premium of 17% (plus GST on buyers premium for NZ buyers) will be added to the hammer price of each lot. (All buyers please note: no GST will be added to the hammer price of lots).

NOTE: credit card payments will incur at surcharge of 2% for Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
BIDS UNDER 70% OF ESTIMATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED as this is the reserve on all lots. No vendor bids shall be accepted.
