Welcome to our 46th sale. This bi-annual auction comprises 779 lots with estimates over $1M.  We are privileged to feature several significant collections, and material from over 100 vendors.  

Highlights include:

• Over 300 World collections including 60 NZ.
• Old World album 1840s-1930s, 20,000 stamps, cat £165,000+, est $13,500
• Over 70 Full Face Queen lots  - 1,100 FFQs!  Includes a collection of 100+ cat £43,000, est $12,000; 1/- bisect SG 6a, est $35,000, and a 2d ultramarine SG 82 unused, est $12,500.
• Good range of NZ GVI.
• Over 80 lots of Great Britain, including 27 collections.
• 2006 Kapa Haka booklet, est $17,500.
• Red & Blue Boys x 250 in one lot, cat $60,000, est $10,000 
• 1996 Teddy Bear error complete sheet of 100 - believed to be the only sheet remaining, cat Jury $150,000, est $50,000.
• 1925 12/6d QVLT Cowan mint, est $75,000.
• 1931 Arms specimen overprints to £1,000, believed to be unique, est $20,000.

Viewing in Wellington is available on Friday 14th March, and Saturday morning prior to the auction; or until Wednesday 12th March at our premises in Otaki.  We are only 50 minutes from Wellington Airport and ten minutes from Waikanae commuter railway station.  We can pick you up from either (by appointment only).

 INSPECTION OF LOTS
At the premises of Mowbray Collectables, Main Highway, Otaki, by appointment until Wednesday 12th March, during normal office hours;
at the West Plaza Hotel, Wellington: Friday 14th March - 9am till 5.30pm, and Saturday 15th March prior to the Auction - from 9am.

BIDDING

Bids can be placed live during the auction via our live bidding platform.  
Otherwise by mail, phone, fax or email - such bids should be received in our office no later than 8am NZ time (GMT + 12 hours) Saturday 15th March (at your risk if not received in time).
Due to mail delays, please send bids by email, phone, fax or via the website.
Phone bidding may be made during the auction by prior arrangement only. Total $1,000 minimum in bids applies.

BUYERS PREMIUM
Buyers Premium of 17% (plus GST on buyers premium for NZ buyers) will be added to the hammer price of each lot.  (All buyers please note: no GST will be added to the hammer price of lots).

WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS

NOTE: credit card payments will incur at surcharge of 2% for Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

BIDS UNDER 70% OF ESTIMATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED as this is the reserve on all lots. No vendor bids shall be accepted.
