Keeping Our Clients and Staff Safe from Covid-19

The safety of our clients and staff really matters to us at Mowbrays.  For this reason, these arrangements will apply from Friday 3 December 2021 onwards at our Otaki premises:

·        All our staff have been and will continue to be fully vaccinated.

·        We will require all visitors entering our office at Otaki to present their vaccine pass and wear masks.

·        Visitors must scan in using the QR code or alternatively provide contact tracing details.

·        We will ask about your vaccination status when making appointments to see us.

·        All those attending our public auctions at the West Plaza Hotel will be required to show vaccine passes.

The business of all our clients is important to us too.  Clients without vaccine passes have these options:

·        Contactless drop-off or pick up with us outside our office by arrangement, or by courier or post.

·        You can view or bid for material online on our websites, through our printed catalogues or contact us by telephone, fax or email.

As conditions change frequently, we will keep these policies under review.
